Update: Military Voting Rights Protected

On September 29th,  the Ohio Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Secretary of State and IAVA by rejecting a last minute legal challenge to the absentee ballot voting law. The ruling defended the voting rights of Ohio veterans and deployed troops who could have been disenfranchised by the proposed change.

IAVA Sponsors Care Package Parties at RNC and DNC

 IAVA attended both the Republican and Democratic National Conventions and sponsored a "Care Package Party", creating hundreds of care packages to send to deployed soldiers and showing that caring for our troops isn't a partisan or political issue.
